Services outside the scope of standard inspections
Getting a home inspection before you buy can help you understand initial and future expenses you may face after purchase, instead of these expenses being a surprise. A pre-purchase inspection can also make you feel safe, knowing your home is of sound structure and condition. For those buying an investment property, the inspection report can also help you prioritize future repairs and upgrades.
As we say, don't get yourself in a pickle, get a home inspection before you buy!

Whether selling, renting, or making plans for improvements, getting a home inspection will provide a detailed list on what needs to be focused on before your next steps.
For sellers, you'll want to know what fixes to make to ensure a quick sell once the home is listed. For renters, you'll want detailed documentation on the condition of the house before and after your resident moves in. For home homeowners simply looking for their next project, an inspection report will provide a detailed list of everything in the house, ordered from biggest to smallest issue.
Get your pickles taken care of before they turn too sour!

Not sure if you should put an offer on a house? Trying to decide between your top favorites? Bring me along to your scheduled showings and I'll point out general areas of strength and concern within the house. Don't waste your time putting in an offer on a home that displays surface level issues you are uncomfortable with. Keep in mind, this does not replace a pre-purchase inspection which is still highly recommended before you buy.
Tour your future home with a trained eye so you don't sign a sour dill!
This is a broad look at the condition of the house and is not a full inspection. Structures and appliances we see during the walk through will be assessed on a surface level to help give peace of mind before making an offer.
Visible structures: walls, floor, ceilings, windows, and doors.
Visible systems: water heater, HVAC, external electrical
General observations: exterior grading/drainage, roof
This is not an extensive inspection and no report will be written. I will not enter the attic or crawlspace, will not traverse the roof, and will not open the electrical panel. Keep in mind that even if no issues are found during this consultation, that doesn't mean issues can't come up during the full inspection.
Whether you are living in the rental property or leasing it out, an inspection is a great way to ensure the home is move-in ready! Rental reports are also great for documenting move-out conditions, routine tenant compliance checks, and general component evaluations when a complaint is made. Our reports are unbiased, help reduce tenant disputes, and protect investments.
Make sure you or your tenants don't live in a home with pickles! Get the rentals inspected!

Check the condition of the home during the tenant's stay to ensure continued compliance and possible safety issues present.
Get only a certain part of the property inspected to confirm a tenant complaint or appliance repair.

This is for all pools, hot tubs, and saunas. Inspection includes testing chemical balance in the water, evaluating the floor, walls, and walking surfaces, and inspecting all mechanical components.

We will inspect only the specific systems/appliances you wish to have evaluated. This is good for confirming repairs or renovations in the home, as well as documenting specific issues for warranties or landlord notices.
